I am the owner and CEO of Food & Beverage Company

Our company was in the establishment stage where the team supported us to draw the roadmap and implementation of the project. They also helped us to have a clear strategy and plan in place, including the Business Development

The experience in the market, the quality of the the discussion in the first call, as well as the reviews from the former business owners

The BC Team conducted several brainstorming sessions to understand the idea behind our company and deep dive into the concept, where the strengthen the approach and the final concept. They have developed the idea from scratch, and settled clear direction the Business Roadmap, Strategy, and supported us with great sources of knowledge

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have worked with the Project Manager, and there was a work spent in the back where the team worked on Data Collection, finding good sources, packing the SWOT Analysis into great roadmap and strategy for our company

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Having them handle our project, we succeeded in changing the approach and reduced the risk of losing our money significantly as they opened our eyes to a lot of hidden parts that we couldn’t see before

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have a weekly Microsoft Teams a meeting and several brainstorming sessions. The team was super supportive as I stopped the meeting due my travel, but they were very flexible even after the contract ended

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Being passionate of what they are doing and passionate of our project. Great Time Management. They flexibly dealt with our customers and project like their own.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If there was any areas for improvement, I’ll definitely mention it but honestly there’s no at all!
