Scope:
Their was brought in to support Jabal Ohod Holding with navigating complex regulatory landscapes related to our energy, mining, and asset management operations. Their work included conducting in-depth compliance audits, developing risk management systems, preparing us for environmental and safety inspections, training our internal teams, and helping us implement compliance monitoring systems. They also supported us with license renewals and regulatory submissions in multiple regions.

Team:
We worked with a well sorted team of experts from Morajaa, including a lead consultant, two compliance analysts, an ESG specialist, and a project coordinator. Each team member brought deep expertise and practical insight, but what stood out most was how well they integrated themselves into our internal processes. Their communication was transparent and proactive, and they truly felt like an extension of our company rather than an external party. 5 members 

Timeline:
The initial project was scheduled for four months but extended slightly to six months to accommodate additional on-site evaluations and internal training sessions.
