Everything runs through a ticketing system with case numbers, and work gets scheduled around our operating hours rather than theirs. When the network had to come down, they came in at the time that suited our warehouse shift, not the time that suited them. Responsiveness is the strongest part. Most things get a same day reply, and anything that stops daily operations gets dealt with quickly.

We’ve grown our revenue significantly since we started working with Adeptivity IT Solutions, and they’ve freed up our staff’s time because they don’t have to worry about IT. The Adeptivity IT Solutions solution is turnkey. We’ve saved around 12 hours a week in not having to deal with IT issues or source computers, and we’ve had an 80% decrease in overall IT issues.
