They didn't have the creativity to deliver something optimized for the end user. Meanwhile, ELEKS has taken our initial ideas and greatly improved upon them. Working with them is like creating sketches for a comic book strip when we're not artists and then having an artist deliver exactly what was in our mind's eye.
