Please describe your company and your position there.

Gardner brought the carpool platform to Canada, and I am the Co-Founder and CMO of Gardner. We want to build a social networking app that will link people who are travelling to the same place at the same time. To go to their destination, people might interact and speak with one another.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire SecurityX?

With Security X, we intend to build a platform where individuals can communicate with one another and organise their journey. We hired someone to create a carpool platform with a website, Android and iOS applications, and an admin panel.

SOLUTION

How did you select SecurityX and what were the deciding factors?

I discovered Security X on the internet as one of the most well-known app development companies. I looked through their website and saw a number of case studies for on-demand services. I've asked my team to review and shortlist the final provider from the five we chose for our technology requirements.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Following the NDA, we reviewed our proposal with our business analyst team to finalise the scope of work for our idea. They addressed all needs over the phone and proposed a few more features to help the app appeal to a wider audience. Before signing the contract, they developed a document containing all of the app's functionality and wireframes.

Mr. Holder, Project Manager of Security X, was assigned to our project and selected the development plan. They began working on the app's UI/UX designs once the wireframes were complete. To finish all screens and have them reviewed by our staff, it takes about a week.

How many resources from the SecurityX team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The project manager is the point of contact for us to communicate with during the development process. We spoke with the Business Development Manager and the Business Analysts team for an initial chat.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received significant money from investors with the prototype of an app produced by Security X. We intend to release the app in July, and current development work is proceeding as expected. They are now working on the last problem fixes and expect to deliver in the next 15 days.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager is kind and knowledgeable about the development process. He began by reviewing the Scope of Work document, then curated the development plan and established several milestones. He oversaw the entire staff and checked for updates on a daily basis.

They planned and managed all tasks for resources with hours using Zoho project management tools. The project manager and team went above and beyond our expectations, completing each assignment on time and delivering the app versions for testing on schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were pleased by their developers' abilities and expertise. Although certain difficult activities need more work, their technological specialists investigated and developed numerous methods to finish the tasks within a specified time frame. The project manager, too, did not disappoint us with his project management abilities.

With his experience, he is always accessible to answer our questions and fix any issues that arise throughout development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We haven't had any scheduling conflicts or delays. For whatever technical needs, we are delighted to propose Security X as a development partner.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their success can be measured by the fact that we did not experience any negative traffic disruptions during the migration.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We collaborated using a Project Management website that provided daily updates of all discussion items, allowed us to post files converse on relevant topics.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to very quickly modify content was impressive. I was also impressed by their web application services and their attention to detail.
