      Our project manager is US-based, but we also have an India-based project manager assigned to our team. They have always been very responsive and transparent, and have taken our feedback and needs seriously. We initially had an extremely short timeline for delivery, and development work often has delays, so we extended that timeline. Also, they've been responsive to our needs as a nonprofit. They've been willing to offer slightly discounted rates in order to help us fit the work into our budget, and they've helped us with technical language as we've applied to grants for this work.
