Adaptive is a Metro Vancouver managed IT provider specializing in nonprofits, social service agencies, healthcare organizations, and mission-driven businesses. Founded in 2006 and based in Burnaby, BC, we manage IT infrastructure for over 100 organizations and nearly 3,500 systems across the region.
We offer flat-rate, unlimited managed IT support — no locked-in contracts, no surprise charges, no "is this covered?" conversations. Our services include managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 deployment and support, cloud infrastructure, and IT consulting. As a Microsoft Partner, we also help eligible nonprofits access Microsoft's donation licensing program, which can dramatically reduce software costs.
What sets us apart is focus. We work almost exclusively with organizations that have a mandate — housing societies, mental health agencies, Indigenous community services, community health centres, disability organizations, and similar clients across Metro Vancouver. We understand their funding cycles, their compliance obligations, and what it means to keep staff-facing systems running when the work they're doing actually matters.
