Adaptive IT Services helped improve system reliability, reduce technology-related downtime, enhance cybersecurity measures, and provide faster resolution of technical issues. Adaptive IT Services has provided excellent support overall. One area for growth could be expanding their service offerings into additional specialized IT areas, which would allow clients to access an even broader range of technology solutions through a single provider.

I’m the director of fund development and projects at The Last Door Recovery Society. We’re a non-profit offering residential addiction treatment programs for adults and youth, addressing substance and behavioral addictions, with additional support for families and workplace wellness services.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Adaptive to accomplish for your addiction treatment programs or related services?

We needed support for our users throughout the organization, management of our IT infrastructure, and assistance with expanding our infrastructure in new facilities.

Can you describe the scope of work Adaptive handled for this project? Please include the main deliverables if you can.

Adaptive has set up computer workstations, printers, and our enterprise network. The team has also helped ensure the IT infrastructure at our new site is operational. Adaptive provides ongoing support and maintenance as part of their contracted services.

We work with 2–5 teammates from Adaptive.

How did you come to work with Adaptive?

We have a longstanding relationship with Adaptive of over a decade. We chose them because they’re close to our geographic location, their pricing fits our budget, they have a great culture fit, and their company values align with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Adaptive in May 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

Adaptive has completed all the goals of setting up our new facility's IT infrastructure, including working computers, printers, and a network. We had an opening-day deadline that we met.

Adaptive has delivered on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

We have a need, and Adaptive delivers — even in a very short timeline.

They could develop user onboarding materials and create support stickers for PCs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adaptive has upgraded our computers, provides ongoing support during and after hours, and manages our Wi-Fi. Regarding ongoing support, the team handles troubleshooting and software updates.

We’ve worked with 1-3 teammates from Adaptive.

How did you come to work with Adaptive?

Someone referred Adaptive to me. We chose them over other options because their pricing fit our budget and they had very positive reviews of being responsive during and outside of business hours.

We started working together in 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Adaptive, we’ve had no issues with our Wi-Fi, have a more secure system, and have information stored on the Cloud. The team has also reduced our downtime, provided faster internet access, and avoided security breaches. Moreover, Adaptive provides ongoing monthly online training on how to avoid cyber security breaches.

Adaptive’s project management is good; they deliver on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

I’m the director of administration at New Vista Society, a non-profit organization. We provide care home, housing, and adult day care services, partnering with families and organizations to create a compassionate, evidence-based environment for residents and clients.

We needed IT support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adaptive manages staff inquiries and provides service desk system support. The team has also replaced our computer hardware and is in the process of replacing our WiFi access points.

Adaptive has ensured a seamless transition from replacing the old computer hardware with new equipment, resulting in low downtime and faster computers. The team has also made our staff happy.
