5.0 Sep 23, 2020Recently, we’ve been getting toward the end of a project. They’re in India, and with COVID, they’ve seen a lot of power outages, Wi-Fi outages, and even illnesses. The team was a little frazzled and missed a deadline, which wasn’t a big deal, but one of the owners stepped in to assure me it wouldn’t happen again and that they would fix it. It was a really great back and forth, and demonstrated that they care about me as a client. I thought that honesty and forthcomingness was fantastic.
