Neish provides ongoing IT support and consulting across our offices in Canada and the US. Their scope covers day-to-day helpdesk and end-user support, network infrastructure management and monitoring, security and patching, hardware and software procurement guidance, and strategic input on larger IT initiatives. Key deliverables include responsive ticket resolution, consistent network performance across sites, proactive maintenance and recommendations, acting as a sounding board for our internal team on infrastructure and security decisions.

What stands out about Neish Networks is that they take the time to understand our environment before jumping to solutions. A lot of IT contractors push a standard playbook, but Neish adapts to how we operate and works alongside our internal team rather than around it. They're also genuinely easy to talk to, which makes a real difference when you're dealing with IT day in and day out.
