I'm the co-owner of a beauty and cosmetics company.

What challenges were you trying to address with Cyber Unit?
We were having spam, malware, and security issues with our website and email.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cyber Unit provides cybersecurity services for us. The team has audited our on-site premises and made off-site remediation support through a firewall and an online annual security subscription. Cyber Unit has also migrated all of our issues to another platform.

What was the team composition? 

We've been mainly working with three members of Cyber Unit's team, including a technical expert, Divya (Sales), and Omer (Owner).

How did you come to work with Cyber Unit?

A friend referred Cyber Unit to us.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we've spent around $2,000–$2,500 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I'm very happy with Cyber Unit's work; every time I ask questions, they're available for me. The team has also successfully addressed all of the hacking and spam that has been messing with our emails and disabling us from keeping our correspondence and appointments with our customers. 

How did Cyber Unit perform from a project management standpoint?

Cyber Unit has been attentive to my requests via email and very explanatory during the process. Moreover, the team is swift with their work and timely with deliverables; they've audited our infrastructure in one day and set up the firewall in just another. Regarding communication, we use email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Cyber Unit's streamlined communication is impressive; we're always talking directly to them instead of reaching out to a computer.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think they can improve anything — they do what they say they will.
