The hair vitamins space is extremely impacted; we have many competitors that are major companies with huge budgets. Since we’re a small mother-daughter company, we don’t have the funds to hire celebrities and influencers to promote our product. However, we love that eAccountable looks beyond the obvious and looks at keywords to bring us up on Amazon and get us more noticed beyond the obvious things. They’ve also been able to target us uniquely. Many times, when people search the keywords, they end up finding our competitors. eAccountable has found ways to distinguish Nourage so people don’t see our competitors when they’re searching for hair supplements.

Every deadline was met, in a handful of instances we changed the scope or we had to shift focus to another 'urgent' project, and even under those circumstances they came through. Slack, WhatsApp, email, Teams, Zoom, they were very flexible in communicating with us.
