We needed assistance creating a trade show booth design and a presentation highlight video showcasing our services and past projects for a major oil & gas trade show in Oklahoma. Finden was excellent throughout the entire process, from initial conception to final delivery. We worked closely with Benji, who was incredibly responsive to every request and detail we wanted incorporated into our booth design and video. He was quick to make any changes we needed throughout the process. Additionally, we wanted to update our line card to be more visual and easier to follow. Benji created a simple, clean one-pager that serves as an excellent visual tool for presenting and sharing information about our services.

Finden's project management was excellent throughout our engagement. Benji served as our main point of contact and was highly responsive to all of our requests and feedback.

They delivered all items on time, which was critical since we had a firm deadline for the Oklahoma oil & gas trade show. From the initial booth design concepts to the final highlight video and updated line card, everything was completed within the agreed-upon timeline.

Benji was particularly quick to make revisions and adjustments throughout the process. Whenever we requested changes or wanted to refine details in the booth design or video, he turned them around promptly. His responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our feedback made the collaboration smooth and ensured the final deliverables met our exact specifications.

The entire process from conception to receiving our finished booth was well-organized and efficient, allowing us to focus on preparing for the trade show rather than worrying about whether our materials would be ready.

What impressed us most about Finden was their ability to quickly understand our vision and translate it into professional, polished deliverables. We came to them with multiple needs a trade show booth design, a highlight video, and an updated line card. Rather than treating these as separate projects, they approached it holistically to ensure everything worked together cohesively. What stood out most was their ability to simplify complex information. Our services and past projects can be technical and detailed, but Finden created materials that were visually appealing and easy to understand, particularly the one-page line card, which distilled everything into a clean, simple format that our team can actually use effectively.

No, we don't have any areas for improvement. Finden exceeded our expectations, and we were very satisfied with both the process and the results.

Finden redesigned and recreated our website. They provided graphic design for clothing, trophies and medals, posters and billboards. They created content and managed our social media, blog, emails and press releases. Finden also helped us rebrand all of our events. During this time our participation grew by over 30%

Andrew is very responsive and is an out-of-the-box thinker so we were able to generate lots of new ideas and implement them very quickly. I was always able to get a hold of them and they were always prompt to online meetings.

Finden is very creative and brought a lot of industry knowledge as to who our target demographic is and should be and how we should focus our efforts to reach that demographic. They really went above and beyond the scope of what we contracted them for and definitely delivered more than what we were hoping for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Finden Marketing could have done differently?

This is my third year working with them and I feel like they keep getting better each year. I can't think of anything they could do to improve this year.

We have attractive and engaging websites for our company and our affiliate hospitality properties. We have been able to build a stronger social media presence and campaigns with Finden than we would have without them.
