Traditionally with these companies, the leaders of the pack are either really strong technically, but they lack the ability to then communicate the technical side in laymen's terms, to people like me or the business the guys that don't understand IT [information technology] at all. What makes Red Cherry unique is that Dan has an extremely strong background and understands the technical side, but he can then take that technical side and make it make sense to the layperson who really is just putting all their faith that he knows what he's doing.

The process of working together is great; they're just so supportive. Coalition Web Design uses a system for idea development. They go through their process and tailor that to us. We got through the discovery process of what we wanted to say and how we wanted to present ourselves. We actually learned more about ourselves through that process and realized we wanted to go in a different direction, and I really appreciated that they stuck with us until we were happy with the site. They really work on what makes you special and conveying that through your website. They balance creativity, technical expertise, and organizational management, which doesn’t usually come in one package when you're doing this kind of project.

We set out from the start to make it feel as though we were on the same team working together with open communication. Jason was great at being the quarterback for the flow of conversation. If we needed to talk to somebody on the team, those communication channels were open and available at any time. They were the right people to work with. They didn’t treat us like the traditional client. They treated us as team members, which was critically important in our situation.
