Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the SVP of product and corporate strategy of a thermal wellness technology company. We offer a wearable wristband that precisely cools or warms the temperature-sensitive skin on the wrist, helping with stress management, hot flashes, and sleep disturbances. We’re located in Boston, Massachusetts.
What challenge were you trying to address with Graphos Product?
We hired Graphos Product to help us with our go-to-market strategy (GTM) for the market of women managing the symptoms of menopause.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We initially met to discuss objectives and needs, and Graphos Product began learning everything they could about our company, product, and market. We shared materials with them under a confidential agreement. They also interviewed us to gain background information, and then we reviewed the final deliverable multiple times to ensure that all stakeholders were aligned.
Graphos Product helped us create a roadmap and an action plan for our GTM for our target market this year. They performed a comprehensive evaluation of our market position, competitive situation, differentiators, and positioning. We also engaged them for consultation on product branding and naming.

How did you come to work with Graphos Product?
Someone on our team referred Graphos Product and introduced us.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began work in October 2021, and we’re wrapping up the final elements this month.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Graphos Product provided very high-quality, thoughtful consulting with a very clear action plan. They provided a solid external viewpoint, affirming much of the work that we had already planned but challenging us to consider some other key activities, too. As we just finished the effort, we are only now starting to implement some of their recommendations, so we have no metrics to provide yet.
How did Graphos perform from a project management standpoint?
Graphos Product’s project management was top-notch. The statement of work and budget never changed. We set the timeline, and they always met our needs. They gave us a lot of time to work through details in our conversations with them, which we appreciated.
We communicated via video conference meetings, email, and shared documents. They had a very collaborative approach, and our experience with them was very positive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They did a really great job going deep in their research to understand our business, differentiators, and unique advantages. They spent a lot of time trying to truly understand who we were as a company — not just the market we were in or the product we offered. With that depth of knowledge, they gave us a very strong holistic GTM roadmap.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I have no improvements to suggest. It was really a pleasure working with Laurier and the Graphos Product team.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
The more information you’re willing to share with them, the more thoughtful and valuable their deliverables will be. They’re very open, and they’ll take it all into account.
I would recommend them for similar work given the quality delivered and level of service provided. The framework they apply to go-to-market strategic planning results in clear direction and actions for a company like ours.

I’m the president and CEO of a credit-reporting agency.
What challenge were you trying to address with Graphos Product?
Graphos was originally hired to revamp our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, completely revamped our website. Now our site has links to materials and blogs. We do a podcast that Graphos is involved in as well. We’ve done a rebranding of our logo and materials since that initial website build.
Over the last decade, they’ve evolved to be more of a partner that’s involved in our print and online materials. They work on business cards and brochures. The team makes sure that branding is consistent with our messaging. We track their success in HubSpot.
What is the team composition?
We work with Laurier (President & CEO), Lori (Director of Strategy), as well as some of their development staff.
How did you come to work with Graphos Product?
They were actually in the same building as us. It was very convenient for us.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $250,000 on the most recent project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in 2004, and our work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They were great about expanding their operations to fit my needs. They’ve been doing a perfect job ever since. The new site is user-friendly and interactive.
How did Graphos Product perform from a project management standpoint?
We have a weekly meeting every Thursday for two and a half hours. Before COVID-19, that meeting was in person. Throughout COVID-19 we've met via Zoom call. We communicate via email otherwise.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They care. It’s a simple answer, but it’s the truth. We’re not just a number to them. They have a similar philosophy in regards to how to do business as I do which is probably why we’re a good match.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, we openly communicate any changes they need to make. I give them a lot of liberties because we’re very like-minded.

You can’t do it all by yourself. You’ve got to hire the professionals to do it for you. Call them up and get to know them before you decide to work together.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and visionary behind Unpain Clinic.
What challenge were you trying to address with Graphos Product?
I needed to find a team that could put my vision out into the world and use graphics to show people who we truly are and what we do. None of the companies I had worked with were able to understand what I wanted, so I hired Graphos to help me out.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I told Graphos that I wanted to redo the logo and website for Unpain Clinic. The team created a user flow for our homepage, focusing heavily on how everything would come across from a marketing perspective. They then produced a template and mockup of the site. Once I had approved it, they moved into development.
Along the way, I decided to do a rebrand for my other company, I Love Shockwave. Their team took care of that for me as well. It was a new company so they had to build both the logo and website from scratch. It was all done in the same process and phases.
They’re now helping me revamp the I Love Shockwave website because the manufacturers that I had been selling for went bankrupt, so we’re now shifting into a training business. Graphos does SEO for us as well.
What is the team composition?
I work with five people, which includes their president, who writes and strategizes the content, a project coordinator, a designer, a web developer, and a UX/UI specialist.
How did you come to work with Graphos Product?
I found Graphos Product online after three years of continually changing marketing and website development partners. They truly understood what I wanted and made it clear on their website what their prices were, so I decided to hire them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent over $100,000 CAD (approximately $80,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in May 2019, and our partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Graphos has created something beyond my expectation. Of all the companies I’ve worked with, they’re the first to have made a website that was free of glitches at its launch. Everything is functional and we’ve had clients commenting positively on the website and branding.
We’re a clinic that has mostly relied on word of mouth, but now we get around 20–30 clients a month from the website alone. We’re ranking first in Google search results in Edmonton and in the rest of Canada for keywords related to shockwave therapy. It’s unbelievable what their team can do.
How did Graphos Product perform from a project management standpoint?
I initially thought that the process would be faster, but then I realized that Graphos thoroughly goes through each step to ensure that it's done properly and that it pleases us. It took about three months to complete the project but I’m beyond happy with the result.
I meet with the whole team in person every two weeks, during which Graphos does a presentation for us. We communicate via email and phone and have used Zoom a couple of times.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Graphos creates a brand that is so unique and distinguished. You won’t be able to find anything in the market that is similar to their products.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Graphos Product is for companies that truly have a vision and mission. They’re very selective with who they deal with, but they’re very clear and upfront. They’re not cheap, either, but they do a really good job.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be clear about your vision and know where you’re going. Just be yourself and share everything about your company’s goals and culture with their team. They’re very good at extracting information, providing feedback, and giving advice on how you can be simpler and more straightforward in targeting your audience.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing manager at JEN COL Construction, a commercial construction company. We build vertical structures, schools, fire stations, commercial office buildings, and so on.
What challenge were you trying to address with Graphos Product?
We were looking to do some rebranding, so we wanted a new visual identity, website, and some SEO services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We had two key deliverables. The first was the new visual identity, so Graphos created a new logo, branding style guides, and an overall new image for JEN COL. They also redesigned our entire website from scratch and did on-site SEO, developing all of the new content for the site.
What is the team composition?
There are four people in total: Laurier (President & CEO), Lori (Director of Strategy), Derek (Creative Director), and Sheena (Senior Developer).
How did you come to work with Graphos Product?
We searched online and talked to a few people to see if they’d used anyone for branding or web development. We looked at 6–7 different companies and sent them an RFP. They all responded, so we shortlisted it down to three, and Graphos was one of them. We chose them based on their proposal, experience, interview with us, and the different case studies that they provided.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $60,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began our partnership in May 2020, and we launched the new branding and website in October 2020. However, we’re currently working with Graphos on social media and SEO campaigns.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’re very satisfied with their service. We monitor the website every day, and since we launched eight months ago, our web traffic has increased almost 200% versus the same period a year ago. Another measure of success has been that we’re now on pages 1–2 of the search results. When we embarked on this project, our website was basically nowhere to be found on the Internet; we didn’t even appear on pages 15 or 20.
Even from a social media perspective, we’ve increased our LinkedIn followers by 40% since we’ve launched the new brand, so I attribute a lot to the branding efforts.
How did Graphos Product perform from a project management standpoint?
Throughout the project, they were great at communicating where they were in the timeline and met every single deliverable and deadline.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re excellent at communicating. That’s one of the things that we recognized immediately from their interview. Still, even prior to that, Graphos was one of the few companies we looked at that reached beforehand, had questions, and wanted to know about our company first.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I only have positive things to say about them. That’s why we’re working with them again.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Let them do what they do best. We went to an external agency because we’re not experts in website design or rebranding, so we allowed Graphos to provide us with guidance.
Graphos provided thoughtful, high-quality consulting with a clear action plan. The Graphos team worked within the client’s timeline and budget, and the client appreciated the amount of time that the team spent gaining holistic insights into their company, product, and market opportunity.
