They were ready, able, and more than willing to adjust themselves, and we were able to go live three months sooner than originally planned. I’ve never had an issue contacting Kevin or Amber when I have an issue or concern. We’ve ended up requesting a lot of changes during the relationship, and they’ve always remained adaptable.
