It was done remotely through conference calls (as our business is located in Toronto) and we had a dedicated contact who helped us through all our questions and change requests and also helped train us on the new CMS system. They communicated very well with us throughout the process and met the deadlines. Very responsive which was really appreciated. No issues at all when it came to our change requests which really impressed us. We are very happy with the result (new website) and the provide service along the way.

Their team is intricately connected to our company and they respond with so much enthusiasm that they feel like part of our staff. It’s so easy to communicate an idea to them. Not only do they interpret concepts well, they enhance them and come back with additional proposals that build on our ideas. They’re also easier to work with than any other company I’ve partnered with in the past. Other website design experiences have been frustrating for me because as creative as those people were, they weren’t truly business-oriented.
