We used an ongoing progress board(Click-up) so I could look on my own, to monitor progress. This was something no other developer had done. Their commitment, the P.M. really seemed to care. I am not technical and I encouraged my PM to make suggestions and to help steer me clear of potential pitfalls. He did that and more. They really understood and identified with the project. Their efforts were invaluable.
