Northpeak really took care of the project management. The only time that we needed to do work on our end was when the experiments involved modifications to our apps’ codes. When there were changes required on our side, they constantly followed up with us — it was a very hands-off project for me. Most of our communication took place in the Upwork chat. We also had calls via a VoIP that they used, and I believe they used Asana for their project management, but I never had access to it.
