We need to incorporate Courseware, payment, and subscription capabilities and have both a public site and a membership site. They did this for both of our divisions. The project went so well that we kept them on retainer for maintenance and expansions.

One area we'd like to see more from our partner is in evaluating problems before we point them out. While they are excellent in helping us solve problems, I would like to see a more proactive stance from time to time. Overall however, we again feel we have a good partner with Webaholics.
