Webaholics has been responsible for designing and developing my website. The team also handles maintenance when something needs to be changed on the site. Webaholics creates features for each of my rods, and if my company finds any videos on YouTube using our rods, we send the link to Webaholics to put onto our website. Within the last year, Webaholics has completed a major website overhaul.

We have had positive external feedback, and the site is easier to navigate. Webaholics provides high-quality work for my company.

Many clients have mentioned that they have gone to our website to look at our past project experience to aid in their decision making process. We have received leads through our contact us form on the website.

Chad was the project manager for the production of our website. He was communicative and always provided updates on milestones. He listened to the needs of our company and incorporated them into our website. The website was completed in a timely manner and the transition from our old website to new went smoothly.

We had a very non-user friendly website that needed to be completely revamped. Webaholics created a whole new platform that is far more intensive than a simple website. We need to incorporate Courseware, payment, and subscription capabilities and have both a public site and a membership site. They did this for both of our divisions. The project went so well that we kept them on retainer for maintenance and expansions.

We have seen increased traffic to the website and more time spent on the website by both current users and new users

The team communicated well with us. They created a Clickup account for our project and then for ongoing items. They are always willing to work through challenges, updates, and new ideas with us. If we have a new innovation that needs extensive work, they let us know up front if they can fit it into our monthly retainer or if it is outside that scope.

Webaholics came in as our tech partner to help us with a ride range of techical issues from site speed and optimisation to decreasing Word Press bloat; improving our ecommerce funnel to ease heacaches for customers purchaing supscrptions; and general guideance and insight into best practices and new opportunities for growth.

Webaholics has given us much greater control and insight into our website performance. They have rebuilt our entire ecommerce system and giving us tracking tools to measure growth. We continue to colloborate on innovations and improvements.This is a "never done" project but we feel that with Webaholics we have a true partner who helps us solve problems creatively and effectively.

Webaholics is extremely responsive to daily issues that come up on our sites and dillegently works on longer term projects giving us regular reporting and updates on progress for various goals.

With our previous developer, we felt like we were lost among their other clients. With Webaholics, we feel like we have a partner that is attentive to our projects and fills in our knowlege gaps to help us solve problems. It is more of a collaboration than a service and that is essential for our company.

One area we'd like to see more from our partner is in evaluating problems before we point them out. While they are excellent in helping us solve problems, I would like to see a more proactive stance from time to time. Overall however, we again feel we have a good partner with Webaholics.
