The care taken to understand the vision of our just-started cafe went beyond the confines of a normal design contract - tasting prototype food items, touring pre-construction spaces to imagine the physical aspect of the space, and doing extensive research to bring in the work and styles of other cultures respectfully was greatly appreciated. Excitement around our ideas and a willingness to consider and pursue potential design paths is one of the strong-suits of this agency - the many discussions we had were memorable and ensured buy-in to our vision.
