      Margaret was our main contact. She and I were in almost constant daily communication for a couple of weeks. She has been phenomenal in providing feedback. I can send ideas and design concepts to her, and receive very relevant comments for what we’re trying to accomplish. In this regard, it’s been very helpful. Much of it has to do with the responsiveness and attentiveness to our specific goals. The size of the firm works well with us, since we’re also a small business. I haven’t felt like a number in the queue of a designer.
