We approached Decide for a comprehensive refresh of our brand. First we had a detailed briefing, after clarification of all questions we were given 3 options of creative concept and brand platform to choose from, after approval we moved on to logo design and corporate identity. We were also offered several options, all our wishes were taken into account. After completion, we were provided with a detailed brandbook.

The brand refresh has increased the company's visibility, sales have increased, and new employees have joined the company.

We had a personal manager who responded promptly to our comments and managed a team of designers and strategists. He was always in touch and was very friendly.

What we liked most was the careful and detailed approach to our task. Nothing was missed, and the high level of design and communication strategy, it's really unique.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their team was extremely talented and communicate very well. This is paramount and what makes them standout following years of working with different design agencies. There was no point where I felt out of the loop because of regular Figma/Slack/Email updates.
