We’ll have monthly meetings where they can present their findings for their monthly testing because we need at least a month in order to get results, so monthly reviews are standard. What impresses me the most is they’re really flexible, proactive, and great at communicating. I never really feel like I’m in the dark about what’s going on with regards to the actions or inputs that they’re taking.
