We had weekly status meetings with Nareia to track work. We also had a Slack channel to communicate with the team and help them resolve blockages as soon as possible. In these meetings, we discussed features we wanted to build in the future and received feedback from the team. Additionally, working with a service provider from a different country who isn't fluent in the client's language made the project challenging at times. Sometimes, language barriers slowed our work, and we had to allocate a teammate fluent in Spanish to resolve the issue that needed to be unblocked.
