We only use email and phone calls to communicate, which I prefer because I don’t really like complex programs. Working with them has gone very well. The best things about them are their reliability and responsiveness. I’ve had many issues with vendors giving me deadlines they couldn’t meet, which drives the cost up. However, this has never been an issue with Jordan Marketing — the team is quick to respond and sticks to deadlines, which allows for a reasonable price.
