      We set up a shared folder in Google Drive, and we would fill in the blanks. They laid instructions out very explicitly, especially when we’re doing content creation. They also use Smartsheet to track ongoing updates and projects so we can always see that, for instance, we submitted this request, where it was on the queue, or when it would be finished. They’re very transparent. If I ever am not sure about something, their team is also helpful. I can just shoot them a text message or an email and ask for updates, even if it’s on Smartsheet.
