In response to my inquiry, I received a spreadsheet summarizing the level of engagement and new followers since the commencement of our collaboration. According to the provided data, their efforts resulted in a gain of 6 new followers on Instagram, while on Facebook and TikTok was reported as negative.

In the beginning, they effectively maintained a schedule to keep me on track. In terms of responding to my needs, there were instances where posts or videos were published despite my explicit request for further editing. This prompted me to delete the content and request a re-edit.

The presentation they delivered during our initial meeting impressed me as we assessed our compatibility. However, as our partnership unfolded, I became concerned about the quality of the content they were posting.

My concern deepened due to the owner's apparent lack of accountability and ethical standards. Despite their services falling significantly short of the agreed-upon standards, the owner refused a partial refund. It is evident that prioritizing customer satisfaction is not a focus for this agency.

When the website came online, I saw instant results. Clients begin to interact with the website by looking at all the media that was displayed, and the different categories on the site. It generated 80% of new clientele after they had viewed the pages and were able to contact me through the website.

We looked for designers who had years of experience in building staffing websites. Connect Media wasn't on our radar, but was highly recommended by a number of people. We met, went over our needs, and could quickly see that this was the right partner.

After a series of demos and discovery calls, we received a mock-up of the proposed site. I am sure this was a challenging project for Connect Media because we asked them to make the impossible happen at each stage of this process, and they delivered!

Our team worked with three resources from this vendor ranging from the CEO to creative writers assisting with some of the written content.

I was blown away by the knowledge this company had around data analytics, internal/external user experience, and optimization. We appreciate how patient each member of the team was as we navigated multiple changes trying to build the perfect playground for our clients and candidates.
