What we found most impressive and unique about PasciVite was their data-driven approach to their services. PasciVite is also very knowledgeable and experienced, which we've found to be invaluable.

I knew Maximilian from Google connections (both have worked there) and liked his approach, cost-structure, and communication style.

Our engagement began with an assessment of our company goals and specific goals for search (user acquisition at low cost). Very quickly, the team got campaigns set up to start a pipeline of site visitors and traffic and over time we have done ongoing optimization toward conversions and lowering CPA.

We're driving hundreds of signups (new users)/month at a CPA (<$5) and conversion rate (>18%) that I am extremely happy with.

We have biweekly meetings to go over the dashboard report they share. For my knowledge/level, they are able to go into more refined questions that I have about the business, which I really appreciate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I love communicating directly with Maximilian and haven't talked much with his team but the number one thing I appreciate is speed and execution - they're able to move fast and get things done.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had a conversion event at first that was over-counting and they weren't as fast to diagnose the problem as I would have liked. However, once we did - they moved fast to get it fixed and report on it more clearly and accurately.

They were a referral from another VC that we have partnered with in the past.

I really just explained what we need, and showed them a few other VCs and their websites and explain the look and feel that I want our syndicate to have. I am a younger founder. So displaying my credentials and my accolades was pretty important to winning investors and members over that way when I come to pitch they already know the deal.

I worked with their founder, engineer and their account executive. They all seemed to blend together but i gave my initial requirements to the founder and AE.

We have just completed the design and will be working on implementation in the next sprints. But the design is exactly what i expected.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very easy we met biweekly and I had the AE's direct number so i could call anytime and make pivots.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were no BS, they didnt try to sell me, they wanted to know what I wanted and they helped me move forward on what I actually wanted. I am sure they could have sold me on some other services but they didnt. They understood that I have a clear idea of what I would like, and they went with it.

One of our largest accounts had sent over a security questionnaire to gather personal information. The questionnaire was extremely extensive and we needed an IT expert to help us wade through the questions and create documentation to support this effort. We also need to ensure that we followed ISO 27001 guidelines.

After the submission of my specifications, PasciVite took care of everything from A to Z, from App development,social network advertising and digital marketing.

The development of the App was particularly laborious, taking into account its specificities (e.g. technical aspects in 4 languages). PasciVite got into the game very quickly and solved all the problems to my great satisfaction.

• Interest in the App was immediate and the results of the social media campaign exceeded all our expectations, especially since the campaign was conducted in 4 languages, German, French, English and Spanish.

I am the CEO of a queue management platform based out of Atlanta, GA. Our platform focuses on reducing wait times at entertainment venues that experience high volumes of foot traffic.

We'd been in the early development phase of our platform and finalized both the UI/UX design and backend development. However, we did not have a frontend developer who could complete the frontend development of our platform. Our ultimate goal was to have a fully functional MVP in the coming months. Subsequently, our objective was to find a skilled frontend developer who could assist throughout the duration of the MVPs development.

PasciVite was referred through a close business counterpart that was familiar with PasciVites work history and project quality. Our team had previously considered 2 other candidates but happily chose PasciVite due to its affordability and high-quality output.

We first scheduled two preliminary meetings where we discussed the project overview and gave the PasciVite team an understanding of the MVP's current status and needs. From there, we provided their team with wireframes, designs, codebase, and any other relevant documentation.

After review, PasciVite provided us with a detailed project plan listing out a series of deliverables for the upcoming 6 months. We were assigned both a project manager and front-end developer and organized weekly meetings via Slack to manage design changes and feedback.

We were assigned both a project manager and front-end developer throughout the duration of the project. We interacted with both members regularly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within the first month, the PasciVite team suggested a few design changes that strongly benefited the appeal of the app's overall design. The design changes were well received by our customer discovery participants. Over the course of the project, we eventually paused any further development of the remaining 11/14 deliverables.

Our team took time to assess several areas of our business model that would ultimately change the apps design. Due to major iterative needs that affect the UI/UX design, we closed our project with PasciVite in hopes of pursuing a more refined project in the future.

The project manager was extremely easy to communicate with, was very knowledgeable, and made managing feedback easy. The front-end developer was responsive as well and normally responded to any request within 1 day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The PasciVite team was very knowledgeable about our development needs both in regards to the technical development and general strategy building of our business model. They were incredibly patient and responsive with our team as this was our first app development project. The most unique thing about PasiciVite is the quality of service you get for the price you pay.

A status report confirming completion of each deliverable would be helpful for our reporting purposes.
