We had always done PPC in house and I was reluctant to work with an agency, but I really liked the team, and was impressed by the flexibility.

We started with a discovery project where we explained our different products, services, and ICPs. They then conducted an audit of our current GA setup and concluded it needed a complete overhaul. Since we've tested different copy, display ads, retargeting, and have increased our GA ROI by about 70%.
