What challenge were you trying to address with Lola Pop Media?

We hired Lola Pop Media to create high-quality videos to convey our company’s messages. In our industry, few companies utilize the modern multimedia approach, so we wanted to have that advantage.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We began the project by having a discovery meeting. After unearthing our business ethos and goals, we wrote our script. Together, we worked together to film the videos. Lola Pop Media found the location, shot the footage, and edited all the content together. They added the infographics, motion graphics, music, and delivered the final product. Lola Pop Media creates several videos for us during an ongoing engagement.

I primarily work with two members on their team.

How did you come to work with Lola Pop Media?

I had a previous connection with Giovanni (Producer & Media Consultant, Lola Pop Media). I used his services for other video projects in the past, so we decided to bring them on for our current needs.

How much have you invested with them?

I’d estimate we’ve spent over $100,000 on the engagement.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since 2012.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The videos Lola Pop Media create for us are vital. We have an advantage within our industry because other organizations don’t bring their ideas to life through media. Our customers are more educated about our services because of the great work we’ve received. We’re delighted with the work they've done for us.

How did Lola Pop Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They were skilled in managing the project. We primarily communicated through phone calls and emails. I’d hear from their team multiple times a week, so they were very responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The finished product is unique and makes us stand out within our industry. Although many vendors can create videos, Lola Pop Media brought it to the next level. The work they produce is visually distinctive and interesting, which we appreciate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I can think of for them to improve.

If you tell them what you want to create, they’ll be able to achieve your vision. Communicate as effectively as you can with their team.

We commissioned Lola Pop Media to shoot the majority of our luxury listing and lifestyle videos over the past 12 months.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to accurately and creatively showcase our properties. Our goal was to use videos to highlight their attributes, the communities where they're located, and the lifestyles of people in those communities.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We’d sampled many videographers over the years, and reached out to Lola Pop Media after seeing their work. We liked their innovative approach to capturing and promoting properties, lifestyles, and people.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

We collaborated prior to every shoot, and their videos ranged from simple to incredibly elaborate. The most recent project was a full-on Hollywood-esque shoot with actors, props, themes, and vehicles. They were responsible for much of the creative process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We successfully filmed around 10–12 projects. A majority of the properties they did shoots for sold very quickly. For each shoot, the result was a phenomenal video.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Lola Pop Media squad was responsive and communicated well. They’re experts at what they do and were willing to adjust their process to meet our requirements. Despite their being extremely accomplished, they were patient and accommodating. This made the process very easy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Our expectations were high, and they delivered with every project.

I can’t think of any at this time.
