We had a Slack channel, and she was extremely responsive anytime I needed anything. Meanwhile, Alex was accommodating. For instance, we had an issue where a payment got lost in the mail and didn’t make it to them. He didn’t stop the work while he waited for the refund of our payment — he was truly understanding. The Materialize team remained helpful even after our contract ended. There were plenty of times when we needed help on some things related to the website. They helped us, and Alex said it wasn’t a big deal; they didn’t even charge us.
