It took about two weeks to onboard us, which included calls that discussed what we did in the past, what worked and didn’t work, who our ideal customer is, and proposed strategy moving forward. Once we were onboarded, Adalane took over and helped us create any ad accounts that weren’t created yet, helped us write ad copy, and then launched our campaigns. We met monthly so they could keep us informed on progress and they delivered us dashboards that helped us track and monitor performance.

We’ve had a big lift in website traffic for people searching for IT services in Southern California and have been busy with the increase in leads and inquiries coming in.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated primarily through back-and-forth emails and during our monthly status calls. They are super responsive, always helpful and friendly. The dashboards they provided us were very insightful, and they always provided annotations to show us what changes were made or why something happened on a specific date.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We don’t know much about marketing but they made it really easy for us to understand everything they were working on and what their thought process behind any strategy or tactic they were executing on. Working with an agency was something we dreaded initially but they’ve made our experience easy, smooth, and fun.

No complaints at all! We looking forward to continuing our relationship with Adalane.

We interviewed a few different marketing agencies that have food and restaurant experience, but picked Adalane because they were not industry specific, and cared more about the ability to optimize data to drive results.

We told them about both of our stores, which store needed more help, what we have done on social media in the past, and the type of customer we were targeting. They handled the rest, took over our Facebook and Instagram Ads, and introduced us to Snap and TiTok Ads. In our meetings they would review strategy and results by platform, and show us how they were leveraging each platform to bring more customers into our store.

We saw around a 250% lift in sales after the first two months of working with Adalane and they only dipped when COVID happened. When COVID happened, they helped us transition to a delivery service, which kept revenue coming into our business when other businesses were closing down.

How quickly they were able to pivot when COVID hit and continued to get us customers during really tough times. Their quick thinking and resilience helped our business survive the pandemic!

We had a grand opening but wanted to start to do social media marketing for the weeks leading up to it to generate interest. We relied on them to tell us what the strategy was, when to start showing people ads so they would remember us, and how to set up reminders so people would remember to visit our store on the day we opened. They outlined everything, including expected results, and provided us a plan showing exactly what they would be doing for us.

We had several offers on Facebook Ads that people could claim, and initially we maxed it at 50 not thinking many people would claim the offer, but had to triple it to 150 since so many people claimed it within the first few days. We also noticed that on the day of the opening, our store had a huge line out the door, and a lot of people when asked told us that they saw our ads online.

They communicated with us through email and text. We are a small shop so the communication was very easy.

Looking at the line wrap around the corner impressed me the most, we had to credit that to Adalane’s marketing.

They were able to increase MQL’s for us by 318% quarter over quarter in 2020, and we saw our website traffic increase by 242%.

They created a Slack group specifically for our teams to communicate and used Asana as a project management tool to keep us informed of deadlines, to-dos, and deliverables

The fact that even though they are not in the EDU space, they know how to leverage different technologies to drive us results specifically for our business. Their ability to provide omnichannel tracking was very insightful and really helped us understand what was or wasn’t working.

Not at all, they have honestly been great to work with.

All communication was handled through phone calls and email. There's never a time where we feel they weren’t responsive or that we weren't kept in the loop of something happening.

We brought on Adalane Media to help with a couple of things pertaining to our online marketing. We wanted to better understand our customers journey, what paths lead to the most conversions, and make data driven decisions off of that. Adalane Media really helped us fine-tune our efforts and in doing so increase revenue.

It's not enough to simply market across every channel. With the help of Adalane we realized we were throwing marketing dollars in areas that were giving us little to no return.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose this company for a handful fo reasons: I first heard about them through a contact of mine who uses them. Truthfully I didn't have high hopes because we have used a good handful of solutions that offered the same thing and constantly didn't deliver on what we needed. After an intro call with both Justin and Nam it was clear that they had a plethora of knowledge and expertise.

Upon further discussion they laid out a game plan, expectations for the coming months etc. and they continued to be very informative even as we launched our first campaign with them. At each step I was continually impressed with their detail and drive to see my business go to the next level.

They did a full audit of our current marketing efforts to identify any gaps in our strategy. From there they put together a comprehensive digital strategy by using both their industry knowledge/expertise, as well as data driven results. From there we put together guidelines for our ads, fine tuning creatives, and clear CTA's on our landing pages. Once everything was implemented we watched our campaign launch and fine-tuned as the data rolled in.

This was a whole other side of marketing that I have never seen and it really helped me better understand (and I am still trying to) the funnel.

Within 3 months of implementation not only were we saving previously waisted marketing dollars but our sales increased by 55%. in addition to our sales increasing we have also found strategic ways to raise our LTV which has drastically increased our overall revenue.

It was seamless. They were very professional and always had a game plan. Each meeting was intentional with great input.

I was impressed by their balance between industry knowledge and expertise in making data-driven decisions. As a marketer you never want to get too comfortable doing things one way because overnight it could change. There's something very unique to incorporating both because while you may know how an industry functions/fluctuates data never lies. Its a constant balance between knowing your customers and following what they are responding too.

I'm sure there was something I was critical about in the beginning but with the results we are getting they have been overlooked. Overall very satisfied.
