There may have been times it took longer to solve, but there was never a time they couldn't find a solution. They have a good help desk. They're always responsive. Most times, they try to work with you on the spot. If it's a more complicated issue, then they have to get back to you. Whenever we've had to deal with a third party, they've been willing to be on the call and help us along. It's comforting to know that you have someone there.

We told them one of our IT people resigned, and Five Nines brought out a folder and said, "Here's a solution we were thinking could happen just based on our interview." It took the pressure off. Instead of going out and trying to find another person, the team said, "Here's what we can do for you." Five Nines sees things that we don't see and gives us options.

Don't be afraid to reach out to them with any questions or concerns. It can be easy to wait too long to fix a problem because it doesn't feel big enough to warrant their attention.

They do great work and they have great people. Once, I had a mediation coming up, and I needed to upload audio into a PowerPoint, and I had no idea how it worked. It was after 5 pm, but they helped me work through it. Later, the case went really well too. So, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure we succeed.
