We engaged in a new project management tool; they just came on board with whatever I wanted to use, which was fantastic. I was able to file tickets constantly and monitor all of the activities that were going on. Communication is key, as is being involved in the project. They’re super receptive to communication.

They’re fantastic. One thing I was worried about since they’re in Belarus and we’re in London, was the remote collaboration and the language barrier. Neither has been an issue. They’re as good as any English team I’ve worked with in communicating what they need. They have some great tools that they use to get screenshots. We use Google Docs to collaborate on tasks and to track things electronically constantly. Their approach to managing code, development, and testing is great. If we want to do something quick, they have the tools for that, but if we want to do it in a structured way, they document everything in order to keep things organized.
