I would rate them very highly in terms of managing deadlines and communication. I was never confused about what they were doing nor were there any issues or gaps in understanding. Their team was responsive and all timelines and deliverables were met. If things were progressing slower or faster than we thought, the team provided clear and concise explanations. I could sincerely trust them. I never felt I was working with a company that only looked out for itself. For them, I wasn’t just one of many clients.
