In addition to providing the admin with greater flexibility and ease in updating content, we observed a significant improvement in user engagement and platform accessibility. Key outcomes included a 40% increase in daily active users, and a 35% improvement in load times—all confirming the platform’s success in delivering seamless, anytime-anywhere access.
