 The project involved full stack custom web development with a focus on a Property Listings and Booking System specifically designed for our business. The key deliverables included:

A responsive, multi-user web platform with separate dashboards for tenants, landlords, and administrators.

Advanced property search and filter tools by location, price, and features.

A step-by-step booking system for scheduling viewings, submitting rental applications, and uploading documents.

Integration of a secure Stripe based payment gateway for handling rent transactions and receipts.

Notification features for rent due dates, application updates, and maintenance requests.

Full mobile optimization for all screens and user roles.

Compliance with GDPR standards and implementation of strong data security measures.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The system led to clear improvements in our operations. Onboarding time for landlords decreased, tenants now complete the rental process independently, and customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We also noticed increased platform usage and more completed rentals shortly after launch.

Project management was organized and efficient. The team maintained regular communication, updated us consistently using tools like Trello, and met all key deadlines. They were very responsive to our requests and adapted quickly to changes, especially during the later stages of development.

While the overall experience was excellent, earlier involvement in the design walkthroughs would have helped us align faster on some user flows. Nonetheless, once feedback was shared, they responded quickly and adjusted accordingly.
