For our project, the UI designer optimized our website's user interface, focusing on enhancing the overall visual appeal and user experience. Key deliverables included a comprehensive redesign of product pages, streamlined navigation, intuitive category structuring, and custom interactive features that boosted usability.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although the website isn't live yet, we anticipate positive outcomes based on the significant improvements made during the redesign process. We expect increased user engagement metrics, such as longer session durations and reduced bounce rates, due to the streamlined navigation and enhanced product pages. We also foresee higher conversion rates, as the intuitive category structuring and interactive features are designed to simplify the user journey and encourage purchases.

Their project management was highly efficient and professional. They consistently delivered all items on time and maintained clear and open communication throughout the project. They were highly responsive to our needs, promptly addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments. Their proficiency in Figma was particularly impressive—they were very quick to implement changes that we needed or ideas that we changed our mind on.

Uxerflow's exceptional ability to truly understand the specific look and aesthetic we were aiming for stood out. Unlike other UI designers we’ve worked with, they seamlessly applied this style consistently across all our pages.

There are no areas for improvement that come to mind. Uxerflow exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the project.

I’m the product lead for Henan Asset, an investment management company that manages investment funds and provides personalized financial guidance to help clients achieve their financial goals.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Uxerflow?

We needed to revamp our MyHero app’s KYC flow to reduce the customer sign-up drop-off rate.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Uxerflow benchmarked our KYC flow against our competitors and proposed a new improved overall KYC flow. The team also delivered lo-fi and hi-fi designs. The goal was to improve the customer sign-ups, especially the form-filling process that seemed tedious.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three teammates, including Barly, Nada, and Rizki.

How did you come to work with Uxerflow?

We found them through an online search. They provided the fastest response despite reaching out via email. I liked Barli’s structured communication and how he provided clarity from the start. Despite them offering a price on the higher end, I liked how we communicated and his proposal to solve the project together.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 2025–September 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Uxerflow completed the Figma designs, which we plan to implement in our MyHero app within 1–2 months. We can’t track the impact on the sign-up drop-off rate yet.

How did Uxerflow perform from a project management standpoint?

Uxerflow was very structured and communicative. They always kept relevant stakeholders updated and delivered on time. We used WhatsApp, Google Meet, and Notion for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by their structured communication.

Are there any areas they could improve?

So far, so good. I’m looking forward to our next project.

Uxerflow Agency is excellent in web design. Since our website is built on Webflow, we regularly reach out to them whenever we want to enhance the design of certain pages. They have also been extremely helpful in designing an entire white paper, starting from a simple Google Doc and a few slides to create a professional document that presents our company. They fully understand our style, respect our brand guidelines, and consistently deliver work that aligns perfectly with our visual identity.

The project scope also includes the creation of an admin log-in page, providing authorized users with the ability to view and manage user accounts, background information, and other details for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes.

Their adaptability, creativity, and speed in producing quality concepts truly set them apart.
