Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We partnered with Luniasola to design and build the company's website and for our OmniPulse analytics platform and Fleet Management Portal. The scope included a marketing website site, user interface for the portal, real-time data dashboards, near-event video access, and equipment-specific safety insights. Key deliverables included a responsive website (desktop, tablet, phone in iOS, clean UI/UX for fleet users, dashboards with visual analytics, and configuration tools for machine and site-level settings. They helped us clearly communicate the value of our AI vision system to both safety, fleet and operations teams.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in a fully responsive website that clearly communicates the value of our OmniPulse platform and drives more engagement from potential customers. On the portal side, the team met all project deadlines, maintained great communication throughout, and collaborated seamlessly with our back-end engineers. The final product is a much more user-friendly experience—easy to navigate, intuitive for fleet and safety teams, and a strong foundation for future feature rollouts.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Extremely good in clear and timely communications.  Project phase deliverables were delivered either ahead of schedule or on time.  Julian is an extremely good communicator and provided a number of positive suggestions for improving the look, feel and functionality of the website and portal.  Despite a time zone difference, it really wasn't noticeable in the flow of messages.  Julian was very accommodating of the US time zones and it really felt as if he was a member of our team working along side us locally.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stands out most is their ability to quickly understand a complex, technical product and translate it into a clean, intuitive design. They balanced speed with attention to detail, and their collaboration with our internal engineering team felt like a true extension of our own. Their ability to simplify the user experience without sacrificing functionality was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Luniasola could have done differently?

No,, everything met or exceeded our expectations. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and the final product delivered and on-going is exactly what we needed.
