Together they formed lists of tasks, distributed them over two-week sprints. Jira was used as a planning tool. At the end of each sprint, the developers made a short presentation where they demonstrated the results of their work. Deadlines were respected, all comments and wishes were taken into account. In general, we are pleased with the way ByteMinds has organized the process of working with us. The team was always in touch. We used Slack to communicate more efficiently.
