      We had a meeting in December 2023 where we had to stipulate that the level and speed of development had to be some levels higher. Partially this was our own fault as we didn't put focus on this earlier. Since December 2023, we aligned on the need to elevate both the level and speed of development. We have noted significant improvements in level and speed from the team. It shows that they took to heart our comments and are willing to improve and deliver the best possible product and services. We recognize that we could have highlighted this earlier, and appreciate the team's openness to feedback. Since then, we’ve seen significant and encouraging improvements. It’s clear that the team took our input seriously and is committed to delivering high-quality products and services. Their responsiveness and dedication are greatly valued.
