However, anytime we ask for updates or for them to work a little more quickly, they accommodate us. We don't have to make improvements by a specific date, so the pace is leisurely. They get the work done and keep us updated, which is good. They've been helpful. We primarily communicate through email and Slack. We also have weekly meetings on Microsoft Teams.
