BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Chief Technologist for Converged Network Services Group (CNSG) in Oklahoma City. We provide Telecom and Cloud consultations for all sizes of business customers.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Clevyr?

We wanted to use AR to promote a new partnership in Oklahoma City. We chose AR to showcase the new types of technology available to businesses and how CNSG is at the forefront of the tech revolution.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted something clean, easy to deploy, and more importantly - eye catching - so that we would get the most views to get the word out.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

Clevyr was referred to me by a mutual contact who had worked with them before. I researched the company and found that they were well established and had a good track record.

From there, I met the team. They were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in CNSG taking its first step in the AR world.

They helped us to shoot a video announcement, develop the AR tag, and provided all of the promotional materials necessary to release the Tag out into the wild.

What was the team composition?

We were assisted by a account director and a software developer. As a first time customer, the owner also reached out to make sure everything was going as expected.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The release was a great success. Not only did we achieve the market exposure we wanted, but more importantly we were able to convey the image of CNSG that we wanted to present in Oklahoma via the AR deployment. It had the "cool" factor we wanted, but also worked without any bug or issue!

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Clevyr kept us up to date every step of the way. I had no surprises.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Kindness - I deal in technology every day and with customers that often do not know what they want, let alone how to achieve their goals. Many of my fellow tech friends unfortunately talk down to their customers, as if to say, there is no hope you will understand this service.

Clevyr is not one of those. They calmly listened to what we wanted to achieve, and then explained in detail how they would accomplish that goal. Although, CNSG considers ourselves experts in many areas, AR is new to us. Clevyr was the perfect guide in this new frontier.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I will have to work with them on a few more projects to answer this question, as the first went off without any issues at all.
