      The biggest change for us was in new-client bookings. Before the project, we were getting around 15-20 first-time appointments per month through Google and organic search. Within six months, that had increased to approximately 35-40 per month. We also saw a clear difference in some of the services we specifically wanted to grow. For example, bookings for one of them increased by around 35%, while another one went from approximately 20 to 30 appointments per month. By month 12, 12 of the priority service-related searches we were tracking had reached Google's top 10, compared with 3 at the beginning. Most importantly, this translated into the appointment calendar. During the periods we compared, the number of unfilled weekday slots decreased by approximately 25%.
