Many times their timelines were shrunk due to changes on the Elevate side, but they often caught up or set expectations early if anything would have to be pushed due to our changing timelines/scope.

We had biweekly meetings, and they were available on Slack 24/7, which was helpful because we could easily communicate about what was happening. If anything changed, we were always in the loop, and we’d strategize it together.
