What was the scope of their involvement?

First, Lone Wolf Media helped me find a name for my business that would get the most success based on SEO practices. Then, they built a website for me from scratch where people could see my rentals and saunas. On the site, they’ve also added information about the benefits of saunas and other details about my work. Additionally, they’ve integrated a self-booking functionality, where people can see my calendar and book appointments, after which I get a notification on my phone.

Lone Wolf Media has also done some SEO on my website’s backend to help me rank higher on Google search results using relevant keywords. Moreover, they’ve helped me set up my Facebook and Instagram accounts, and they’ve taken pictures for me to add content to my social media. Moving forward, they will help me start my marketing and advertising efforts.

We started working together in March 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Lone Wolf Media has created the website I wanted. Since launching it, I’ve seen a good amount of traffic, and everything has been smooth sailing. Thanks to their SEO work, my website quickly pops up when people search for saunas in my area. Additionally, my website and social media profiles look very professional, which has helped me get the ball rolling for my sauna rentals.

How did Lone Wolf Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Lone Wolf Media has provided me with great service, and their compliance with schedules and budgets has been on point. For the website, they estimated a month to complete it, and it took them exactly a month. Additionally, they get back to me very quickly, and they’ve addressed issues promptly along the way.

Whenever I have any questions or issues, I can send them a text message or call them, and they respond immediately. We usually communicate through Instagram messages, text messages, phone calls, and emails.

One time, the calendar functionality for booking wasn’t working for one of my clients. Lone Wolf Media reached out to the customer, friendly talked them through all the steps, and got the issue resolved within 15 minutes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Lone Wolf Media cares a lot about their work, and they do their best to ensure customer satisfaction. They’re very attentive to detail, and their professionalism and work ethic are impressive. Overall, it has been a great experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not really. So far, I’ve gotten everything I wanted, so I’m very happy with their work. If anything, it would have been great if we had started with my advertising earlier, but I didn’t ask for it.

If you need to get a website done at a good price by someone who knows what they’re doing, go with Lone Wolf Media.

I am the owner of Chateau du Gateau. We are a boutique cake bakery that specializes in custom cakes and weddings.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lone Wolf Media, and what were your goals?

Lone Wolf Media mamaged our website design from conception to launch and every step in between. Our goal was to have a website that visually set us apart from the competition and that would have great SEO so we could be easily found online. Lone Wolf Media also helped us name our company, develop our brand and designed our logo and colour scheme. They basically helped launch our company. We credit our success to the services they provided us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to Lone Wolf Media by a friend and the deciding factor was their design portfolio. They create stunning websites and we wanted something unique and custom.

Project steps were creating our name, then logo, then brand and colour scheme. After that we began having meetings about the website design. Lone Wolf Media provided detailed wireframes in Figma that outlined how the site would look, followed by visual mock-ups. Once we apporved the design we moved into the design phase in WordPress. Lone Wolf Media were in constant communication with us the entire time sharing milestones as they happened and providing updates and screenshots of the ongoing work.

We worked with two people from Lone Wolf Media - the ownerbAndrew and their design lead Daniel.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We couldnt be happier with our website! Our sales are up 1800% this year and we get constant positive feedback on how great our site looks. In addition, customers have no problem finding us online due to the great SEO built into the site.

Very efficient, hyper-communicative through each and every step. We communicated primarily by email and phone. Lone Wolf Media delivered on everything ahead of schedule. We couldn't be happier.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Simply the level of service they provided. They really worked closely with us and listened to our ideas, concerns and whatever else we had to say. They tried hard to make our ideas a reality, and the outcome was better than we had imagined.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing. We honestly could not be happier with the outcome.

After the launch my web trafic increased by 100 percent and my company has had a chance to connect with some great clients. We continue to work with lone wolf media on marketing and website upgrades as needed.
