The goal has been to gain ranking on search engines, creating organic traffic to the website which in turn will generate sales. We had to begin with a full website audit, then migrate the website to a new theme altogether. In addition, SmartSites did keyword research, competitor research and have been creating backlinks, etc.

Comparing last year Jan. 1-Oct. 1 to this year, same time frame (Jan.-Oct.) online store sessions are up 137%. Average order value is up 10%. Sales by search are up 16%. So we are getting there day by day!

It can be difficult to communicate via email all of the time and think having Zoom meetings more often would be helpful. Maybe every two to three weeks, just to make sure there is no communication breakdown.
