They accepted what they didn’t know, which is a huge step. They learned about the patterns in our market and what was going on. They added another member to their team, and she was in contact with me every day and started to learn about what we were doing in our markets. They were very honest about what can work and what cannot work. Other companies I’ve worked with did not look long term. RSO does think about long-term goals, even if it might cost them in client fees. They really care about our work and doing the right thing.
