Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the president of a digital platform dedicated to entrepreneurs. We serve small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in particular.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Brandway Digital Agency?

We had to reposition our media platform, as I previously did not separate my public personality from the media. We hired Brandway Digital Agency to brand the digital media platform and my personal brand separately.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brandway Digital Agency’s role was extensive, and it took almost a year. They created the media platform’s strategy and image, including branding, positioning, design, graphism, and colors. 

They discovered that much of our audience didn’t know the full range of services that I could provide, so they also had to separate the person from the media by creating my distinct personal brand identity. My site was created from A–Z by Brandway Digital Agency. 

What is the team composition?

My team worked closely with Brandway Digital Agency’s team, especially Rabah (Founder & Creative Director) and Chahra-zed (Head of Strategy) for strategy and application.

How did you come to work with Brandway Digital Agency?

Rabah previously worked for one of my companies before starting his own business. We encouraged him, and knowing the quality of his work and his deliverables, I decided to ask him to take care of this project.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $50,000–$100,000 with Brandway Digital Agency.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began this engagement in July 2020. We’ve finished parts of the project, but others are ongoing. My team has requested a quote from Brandway Digital Agency for more of our needs. We trust them, and we hope that we’ll be able to continue working together.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When we launched the final product for the media platform, we had a lot of visitors. Everybody praised the new image, strategy, and positioning. We received very nice comments.

How did Brandway Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

I think Brandway Digital Agency performed quite well on project management, given that we’re continuing to collaborate with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their creativity is impressive. Rabah and his team have a way of thinking totally out of the box. Most of the time, people tend to do whatever they’re comfortable with and whatever is generally accepted. Rabah was mainly thinking through things that hadn’t been seen or done, and I liked how unique Brandway Digital Agency’s solutions were.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m not aware of any areas they could improve. My overall impression is that they did well and did what we needed to be done.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

To work with Brandway Digital Agency, you have to be open and ready to do things differently. Have a main idea of what you want, but be receptive to getting out of the box and out of your comfort zone.

With that said, when you work with any creative people in general, communicate clearly from the start and make sure to follow up with reports on the budget and expectations from both sides of the partnership.
