We used another marketing agency, and I have found Arc Intermedia to be so much more down to earth and friendly. You know that if you send them an email, you’re not getting charged for the time it takes them to read it. They’re more than willing to help you at any time of the day. Typically, we receive an immediate response. If, however, they can’t get right back to you on a response for whatever reason, they always get back to you within at least in 24 hours. They’re just such a client-friendly group of guys and gals to work with, and we don’t always see that with every marketing agency we work with.
