      The design work was exceptional. One of the first designs they presented is the one we ended up going with. Their technical ability was extremely sound. They were always problem-solving in ways that were creative and cost-effective.       We received really positive feedback from those who have seen the collateral they designed. It’s such a sharp contrast to what we had before and it’s just visually stunning and attractive. We loved their first idea right out of the box but tweaked some of the colors. The branding process was very smooth and straightforward. We were immensely impressed with how the brand captured both the feeling of our organization and the emotion behind it, but it’s also very clean and professional. Not only were they excellent at putting together our logo, but they also showed us how we could utilize it across various pieces. This really helped us envision it as something bigger than we had originally anticipated. It's their passion for their work, their vision for a project, and how they connect the two that’s most impressive.

      They were very good listeners from the very beginning. That was a really interesting and strong approach for them. They came very well prepared to all of our initial brainstorming sessions and had done a lot of research on other private equity firms’ websites. So they came with a lot of examples to show us to get our feedback. They spent a lot of time asking us questions and really trying to understand what we were looking for and get a sense for our culture and the way we talk about ourselves and who we really are as people and as a firm. We communicated regularly and they were checking it at all the right stages to get approvals on things and good feedback as they kept moving the project along.
